Over & Above Award
The Over & Above Award shall be recognition of person(s) or entities which contribute to the community in an exemplary manner, on a continuous or outstanding manner, without expectations of recognition, or reward.
This award shall be awarded after being nominated by a member of PRIDE and merits of nomination are considered by and approved by a majority vote of the membership.
Nominations will be made, using a standard form, listing name, reason for nomination, and listing actions that the nominee has been involved with that contributed to the ‘Quality of Life’ in this community.
Award shall consist of a trophy and a certificate explaining reason for the award. Trophy shall be of acrylic and engraved with recipient’s name and other information that shall be deemed appropriate. Trophy shall also have PRIDE logo. Amount of expenditure for trophy must be approved by PRIDE members.
Presentation of Award shall be made by a member of Park City PRIDE, who has been selected by the members and will be presented in a public ‘forum’ to insure maximum recognition by the Community.
